Where to start

With anything new the easiest way to start is simply to play with it and get comfortable. Although Linux has a similar interface to Microsoft Windows, there are a few things to keep in mind, Linux is not Windows. The Linux desktop was design by the user, and as such some things are in a different place than what you would expect it to be in Windows. Just remember The first step is always to hardest. Just remember once you know the basics, everything else becomes a walk in the park.
